Natural Does Not Equal Organic (plus one more)

Going to the grocery store you see lots of items marked as natural.  You think, "its natural, so it must be better for you."  Sadly, that's not necessarily true.

  1. Thank you for pointing out these food labeling falsehoods to us. Supermarket packaging labels are misleading ON PURPOSE. You the shopper might be filling your cart with the very products you set out to avoid. Buy the least amount of your food at these stores as possible.Natural roughly means that the food MIGHT contain a few less artificial preservatives and dyes. It does address how the food grown. Buy from our local farms instead and ask lots of questions about how it grown.

  2. Meant to say that the word "Natural" on the packaging label does NOT address how the food was grown.
