When I need to butcher a chicken I always brush up my technique by taking a look at Survival Skills With Russ on Youtube before I go out to catch a chicken. His wife has a great instructional Youtube video on cutting up a chicken. I've looked at a lot of videos and books and this gave the best step by step instructions on how to get it done!
